Cancel Policy
You have 04 hours to cancel or change your order (size, color, quantity, shipping address)
If you change your mind about your purchase, please send us an email to [email protected] or contact us and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.
Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within 04 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. RewindEra is not liable for any products that are not received due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the policies below. We stand behind the quality of our products, and if there is a defect or mistake on our part, we will replace it for free. Since all our products are made-to-order, we typically don’t accept returns or exchanges for customer mistakes like choosing the wrong size, design, or color. Please note that our items are custom-made based on demand, so they may not always be immediately available.

30 DAYS Returns & Exchanges Policy
RewindEra and most sellers on our website accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. If you need to return an item, please email [email protected] or contact us to submit your request.
1. Restocking fee:

2. You may return your purchase ONLY if the items delivered meet the following conditions:
a. The items are incorrect/damaged/defective
We will assist you if the items you receive are incorrect, damaged, or faulty. This includes:

The product doesn’t match the description on the website: incorrect items, material, or size.

The product is torn, dirty, wet, or has fabric defects like loose threads or hair.

The print on the product is defective, blurry, or misaligned.
b. Wrong size items
We will provide support in the following cases:
- The product you received does not match the size listed in your order details.
- The product size differs from the size chart. Specifically, this applies if the measurements deviate by more than 1.5 inches from the size guide.
NOTE: We encourage customers to carefully check the size chart before placing an order. If you order the wrong size, this case will NOT be covered by our 30 DAYS Returns & Exchanges Policy.
c. The package is incorrect/damaged/defective due to shipping
We will assist if the items are wrong, damaged, or faulty due to shipping issues. Please inspect the package carefully when you receive your order. If you find anything wrong, damaged, or defective, return it to the courier immediately or contact RewindEra within 30 days of delivery for prompt support.
3. No Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
The following reasons are NOT covered by our 30 DAYS Returns & Exchanges Policy, and we are not liable for these issues. Additionally, there may be slight variations in color between the advertised images and the actual item due to factors such as lighting during the photo shoot or variations in monitor display settings. Therefore, we kindly request that you allow for a 15% difference between the advertised images and the actual item you receive.

Request for a refund/replacement is after 30 days of product delivery.

Choosing the wrong size, product, address, or custom details, etc.

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care.

Items that have been washed, worn, or soiled, or damaged due to customer handling.

Returns due to personal reasons, such as a change of mind or personal taste, etc.

Products bought during a sale or promotional event.
4. Product return procedure:

Steps to return a product:

When contacting us, please provide the following:

Order details for confirmation.

Photos of the packaging label.

Photos showing the damaged/incorrect/defective part that differs from the website description.

For incorrect sizes, provide photos showing the actual measurements (width and length) of the items.

Include information on the replacement item you want to receive.
*NOTE: For orders with multiple items, please provide photos or videos of the products placed side by side on a flat surface.
Verify that the item meets RewindEra’s return requirements.
Once we confirm your item qualifies for return or exchange, you’ll receive a refund or a replacement within 7 business days. There is no need to send the package back.
*NOTE: Items returned without our approval will not qualify for support.
*Please note: For all orders shipped outside the US, we offer support for defective or unwanted items within 60 days of delivery.
5. Refund Time
If your refund is approved, the funds will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account or statement is as follows:
Credit/Debit Card: 5-14 business days
Paypal: 3-5 business days (up to 30 days if pay with card)
