PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIME
Please note that your package’s Estimated Arrival = Production time + Shipping time.
- Production time includes order fulfillment based on the items you selected, quality checks to ensure each product meets our standards, and packaging.
- Shipping time is calculated from the day your order leaves our facility to the moment it arrives at your delivery address.
Please keep in mind that both Production and Shipping times may vary depending on the type of item and the delivery location. Note: The provided timeframe is only an estimate.

Orders may take additional time if they must go through customs. We have no control over the customs process, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by delivery delays related to customs procedures.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can also track your order on the RewindEra.com website's "Track Order" page using your order number and email address.
Please note that during peak seasons such as Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, or Christmas, both production and delivery times may be extended. Cut-off times will be clearly displayed on our website, and we DO NOT guarantee on-time delivery or accept responsibility for late deliveries for orders placed after the cut-off dates.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure that all details, including the recipient’s name, are accurate. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in your items being returned to our shipping partners' warehouses and subsequently disposed of. RewindEra.com is NOT responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or insufficient shipping details.
Address changes are allowed within 4 hours of placing your order. After this period, modifications will no longer be possible.
If any issues with your shipping information arise, such as incorrect city, state spelling, or ZIP code, we may contact you to confirm the address. However, please note that we cannot guarantee timely delivery in such cases.

How much should I pay for shipping?
Shipping costs depend on the shipping destination and the number of items in your order.
Can I ship the order to multiple addresses?
We currently offer single-destination shipping only. If you need to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.
Can I ship to a PO box or Military APO/FPO?
Yes, you can have your order shipped to PO boxes and military APO/FPO addresses.
Please note that shipments to APO addresses may take up to 40-45 days for delivery. Once the parcel enters the military zone, tracking updates will no longer be available for security reasons.
Will VAT taxes be charged?
We do not collect taxes for international shipping. All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the receiver.
VAT charges may vary depending on the destination country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more details.
