Before you submit a report

What to include in your report
General (all report types):
- Your full legal name and a valid email (anonymous reports are not accepted)
- Your relationship to the IP — owner, licensee, or authorized agent
- A clear description of exactly what is infringing and why
- URL(s) of the infringing product or variant on this store
- Supporting evidence — screenshots, original artwork files, source URLs
By report type:
- Trademark — registration number, jurisdiction, goods/services covered, link to the registry
- Copyright — original artwork file, date of creation, registration number (if any), URL of the original work
- Counterfeit — link to the authentic product, brand name, specific counterfeit indicators (logos, labels, materials)
- Other — a detailed explanation and any available evidence
Do report
- Trademark violations with registered marks
- Copyright infringement of your original work
- Counterfeit products imitating your brand
- Other legal violations with supporting evidence
Don't report here
- Shipping delays or delivery issues — contact Customer Support
- Price complaints or buyer's remorse — contact Customer Support
- Product quality complaints — contact Customer Support
- Duplicate reports for the same product
- Vague reports submitted without any evidence
